Shipping Policy

When we started Room 68, we thought we'd offer free ground shipping cause, hey, who doesn't like free shipping? BUT DANG! Shipping is expensive. With that being said, we will try to offer free shipping at every moment we can, and when we can't, we will get you the best rates possible for ground, express, and overnight.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of your order for a full refund (return shipping not included), store credit or exchange. Items must be returned in original and unused condition with original manufacturer's packaging. Please make sure that items are well packed and insured for the full amount.

If there is damage to an order, please email us at orders@room68online.com as soon as the order arrives. We will offer a full, free exchange.

To make a return you must send your receipt and list what is being returned to: orders@room68online.com

All custom, special orders, opened items or items returned without all original packaging, and sale items are non-returnable.

ALL FINE ART SALES ARE FINAL.

ALL DISCOUNTED / SALE PURCHASES ARE FINAL.

Upon receipt of the shipment, room68online.com will contact you by email to confirm your store credit or exchange.

Internet returns may also be made in person to Room 68 within 30 days of shipping order date only during our normal business hours. We will issue you a store credit or you may exchange your item for something new.
