While You Were Out is a series of a photographs taken by Pat Falco in the City of Boston from March 15 - July 15, 2020. The series was exhibited at Room 68 Provincetown late August through the fall of 2021. Installation images included here.

Only 25 of these View Master box sets were made and include a vintage View Master with seven custom reels containing a total of 42 images from While You Were Out in a custom printed black box ––  including a certificate signed and numbered by Falco.

Pat Falco is an artist and organizer from Boston. He received his BFA from Massachusetts College of Art and Design. His work has been shown at The Luggage Store Gallery (SF), New Image Art (LA), SPACE Gallery (Portland ME), Parklife (SF), New Bedford Art Museum and the deCordova Sculpture Park & Museum. His interest in highlighting and critiquing the absurdities of everyday life has recently shifted into the public realm, with a focus on Boston’s housing crisis. Through a faux-luxury development company Upward Living Associates, Inc., he has produced a series of installations critiquing housing policies and development in Boston, and vying for alternatives on a path to housing justice. He has organized shows at the Distillery Gallery in South Boston since 2012 and is the recent recipient of the Massachusetts Cultural Council Fellowship (Sculpture/Installation/New Genres), a participant in the Now & There Public Art Accelerator program, and was the Artist-In-Residence with Mayor’s Housing Innovation Lab at the City of Boston from March 2020 - June 2021.
